Weddings are a mix of big moments, small moments, and everything in between. My approach is to document the day as it unfolds, looking for the genuine interactions, emotions, and details that can easily be missed. I’ll give you direction when it’s needed, especially during portraits and family photos, but I don’t want you spending your wedding day constantly posing for the camera. The goal is to give you photographs that bring you back to how the day actually felt, while making the experience comfortable and enjoyable along the way.
One of my favorite parts of photographing weddings is looking for the moments you may not even notice happening. The little interactions, unexpected laughs, the happy tears and in-between moments are often some of my favorite photographs from the day.
Based in Beaufort, SC, I photograph weddings throughout the Lowcountry, including Hilton Head, Charleston, and Savannah. I also travel throughout the Southeast and beyond for weddings.
